REF. DIVULGACIÓN INFORMACIÓN LEY 996 DE 2005

 

Con ocasión de las elecciones para congreso, presidencia y vicepresidencia de la República, programadas para el 11 de marzo y 17 de mayo de 2018, por medio del presente me permito divulgar de manera amplia las restricciones y prohibiciones contempladas en la Ley 996 de 2005, las circulares 01, 04 y 07 expedidas por el Procurador General de la Nación y la circular 28 de 2017 expedida por Prosperidad Social.

Lo anterior teniendo en cuenta las facultades conferidas a las oficinas de control interno para intervenir de manera previa en las actuaciones administrativas y propender por asegurar que la gestión institucional se oriente a los fines que son su objetivo con estricta sujeción a los principios constitucionales, legales y al manejo transparente de los recursos públicos.

Adjunto circulares 01, 04 y 07 expedidas por el Procurador General de la Nación y la circular 28 de 2017 expedida por Prosperidad Social.
